Astilbe chinensis 'Vision in Red'

Dark green foliage is bronze-tinted when young. Dark purple-red flower panicles rise to 28" on dark purple stems and petioles.Chinese Astilbes will tolerate drier soil conditions and more sun than other Astilbe species.
